Traditional Marketing

Traditional Marketing

Even though digital marketing has become increasingly popular, Traditional Marketing techniques are still important. TV, Radio, and Print are still viable promotional channels that should not be ignored. Traditional marketing is considered a vital part of the promotional mix.

Traditional marketing can also be used to target a wider range of demographics. Social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook allow businesses to target users based on their interests, age, gender, and location. The ability to target a wider range of demographics is another advantage of traditional marketing. Traditional marketing also has a higher conversion rate. The conversion rate is the percentage of buyers who take action after seeing the advertisement. For example, if a person sees a billboard advertising a new product, they may be more likely to buy the product than if they saw the same advertisement on a social media platform. The conversion rate is higher with traditional marketing because the advertisement is more likely to reach a person who is in the target market.
